For my photo genre essay I wanted to photograph life along the two stops before mine in Brooklyn, Chauncey and Halsey on the J train line, as well as my own stop of Gates Avenue. The theme I decided to go with were images with no suggestions of people for Chauncey Street, images with overt suggestions of people for Halsey Street, and images with past suggestions of human activity/usage for Gates Avenue.
